Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AgentTitle website or services, including by creating an account, accepting an invite, logging in, or continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

AgentTitle provides educational resources and services for licensed real estate professionals interested in title company ownership through affiliated business arrangements (AfBAs), along with dashboard tools for entity setup, ownership tracking, formation progress, notification coordination, and payout reference. We are not a law firm, title insurance underwriter, accounting firm, tax advisor, investment advisor, or financial advisor. Title insurance operations are conducted by independently licensed title companies and title insurance agents. AgentTitle does not provide legal, tax, accounting, compliance, financial, or investment advice.

Consent to Contact

By submitting your contact information through our forms, you consent to receive communications from AgentTitle via phone, text message, email, or other methods using the contact information you provide.

You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us at hello@agenttitle.co.

Transactional or administrative messages related to your account, entity setup, compliance workflow, payout records, security, or legal notices may still be sent where necessary to provide the service.

Invite-Only Access

Access to authenticated AgentTitle dashboard features may be invitation-only. Invite codes and account access are intended for the named recipient and may not be sold, transferred, or used to access another person's account or ownership records.

Accounts

You may create an account using email-based authentication or, where available, by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise.

Dashboard and Platform Data

The AgentTitle dashboard may display information about profiles, invites, LLCs, title companies, ownership percentages, operating-agreement status, buy-in status, formation milestones, EIN and bank-account milestones, E&O insurance, underwriter status, payout references, notifications, and related workflow data.

Dashboard information is provided for internal reference and operational coordination only. Executed operating agreements, formation documents, official company books, accounting records, tax documents, and title-company records control over anything displayed in the dashboard.

No Guarantee of Returns

Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of income, returns, or distributions. Title company ownership involves risk. Distribution amounts depend on the title company's financial performance. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Dashboard payout references are informational only. All ownership interests and distributions are subject to the terms of the applicable operating agreement and controlling company records.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using our forms
• Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Not submit contact information belonging to another person without their consent
• Not submit ownership, entity, payout, accounting, or compliance information unless you are authorized to do so
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• Consult with a licensed attorney before entering any affiliated business arrangement

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that any particular business outcome, transaction volume, regulatory approval, underwriting approval, title-company activation, distribution, or financial result will occur. All business ventures involve risk and are subject to market conditions, operating agreements, licensing requirements, underwriter requirements, and federal and state regulatory requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentTitle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, any business arrangement entered into based on information from this site, or any title company operations.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the AgentTitle website or services are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

You agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The website and services are intended for users located in the United States.

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@agenttitle.co and giving us at least 30 days to respond.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
